And I made 4 double batches, or about 16 lbs of caramel to make these. I'm not sure how that would compare to another caramel recipe (my caramel tends to be on the thick side). The plain caramel that I sold by the half-pound was a happy accident. After I handed out the orders, several people asked me for anything I had left.
