I found this recipe while searching for "blackberry muffins" and it sounded the best out of the ones Google had to offer! They turned out quite tasty--I just mixed in the berries, rather than layering them, and they turned out fine. They came out too dark (though that may be just my oven) so I turned it down to 350 for the second pan. I only got 18 muffins out of this, though, even though the recipe says "Yield: 36".

Yumm!! These are really good. My yield was 12 and they came out perfect. I used the yogurt and actually 2 eggs (yolks and whites). These are definitely a winner for those who live in the Northwest amongst all the blackberries!
