Like you, I thought the cream cheese icing might have been a bit overwhelming, so made a little modification which I thought I'd pass on.<BR/><BR/>I made the cream cheese mix using:<BR/><BR/>3 8 oz packages cream cheese<BR/>1.5 cups powdered sugar<BR/>2 tsp vanilla<BR/><BR/>I then divided the mix in half. I added 3-5 spoonfuls of peanut butter to one bowl and 3-5 spoonfuls of Nutella to the other and mixed. <BR/><BR/>I alternated the different icings when assembling the cake.
